If you're not happy with your HydroGo, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you return it for a refund.
How to start a return
- Send us a message through our contact page with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address.
- Once we receive the item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Change-of-mind returns
Items need to be returned in good condition with all parts and accessories. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't working, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't pay for return postage.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Our 30-day guarantee is in addition to these rights.
