Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including your tracking number.

Delivery times

Our products are shipped from our supplier's warehouse. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer due to carrier delays, customs, peak periods or events outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery. Tracking may take 2–3 business days to update after dispatch.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at shoptravivo@gmail.com.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us at shoptravivo@gmail.com and we will help resolve it.

Multiple items

If you order more than one item, your items may arrive in separate packages at different times.
