Every order ships free to anywhere in Australia. We currently ship within Australia only.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days of shipping. Remote and regional areas can take a little longer. Delays outside our control, such as carrier or customs delays, can occasionally happen. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we'll chase it up.
Batteries
Every kit includes lithium batteries, which go through extra safety checks before they can be shipped. This can add a day or two to some deliveries.
